Position Overview:

Savance Enterprise is an all-inclusive ERP software solution, created specifically for the wholesale distribution market. Highly automated and easy to use, Savance Enterprise is a complete, integrated system for any size business. Savance Enterprise is seeking a full-time, Implementation Technical Resource to provide primary support and implementation services for Enterprise and all of its various solutions. This person will act as a dedicated resource to the implementation team and assist in working with customers to extract data from their current ERP provider and migrate that data in the Savance Enterprise software. Providing great customer service is what sets Savance apart, therefore meeting or exceeding those standards is a key aspect of this position!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Extract the required information from the customer’s existing ERP applications and import it into the Savance Enterprise ERP software
  • Document the data migration processes, including data mapping for each system encountered
  • Manipulate data from multiple structured and unstructured data sources
  • Assist the implementation team with any technical tasks required to implement the Savance Enterprise software product
  • Prioritize multiple projects in coordination with the implementation team to meet deadlines and time schedules
  • Work with new customers migrating to Savance Enterprise to identify the best migration path and walk them through the data-gathering process while executing the migration 
  • Work with the team and customers to come up with an optimum solution for new additions to the software
  • Setup both on-prem and cloud environments
  • Configure on-prem and remote printing
  • Write custom reports using DevExpress Reports 
  • Modify Crystal Report templates as needed 
  • All other duties as needed to support the Implementation process

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of relevant experience in IT, customer service, or a technical support role. 
  • 2+ years experience writing data ingestion business rules in SQL, and building data reconciliations
  • 2+ years of Data Migration experience
  • MS SQL experience: the ability to read complex queries, write queries, and perform data manipulation
  • Crystal Reports, DevExpress or other Reporting Tool Experience
  • ERP software experience
  • Great problem-solving skills

Compensation:

  • Starting Salary or Range: $50,000 – $65,000
  • 2 weeks of paid time off
  • 8-10 paid holidays a year
